We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience. All eligible shipping services will appear at checkout. If you’d like to make special accommodations for your order or have questions about shipping and delivery, please contact us. Please note that as a result of State level Shelter-in-Place orders, fulfillment of some items may experience delays.

Under 55 lbs. Over 55 lbs. / Large / Fragile White Glove Premium Inside Delivery is our best no-hassle option for delivery of large, heavy, or fragile items to your on-site location. This service includes a delivery appointment, placement, unpacking, installation, and debris removal. Note: May take up to an extra 10 days for delivery.
We use FedEx Standard Delivery service to ship small, lightweight items, under 55 lbs. Your local FedEx driver will bring your package to your main entrance during normal business hours. We use FedEx Freight to deliver any product that is too heavy (over 55 lbs), large, or fragile to be sent via FedEx Ground Delivery. When your order is ready to be delivered, you will be contacted by the shipper to schedule a delivery date and time.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or on a military base, you’ll need a special quote. Please give our sales team a call and we'll be happy to help. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Quickship vs Custom, Shipping Timelines

Products labeled Quickship are in-stock configurations of our most popular products. Quickship products are ready to ship out the same-day when ordered by 3pm CST, Monday through Friday. Products not labeled Quickship are custom orders and their shipping timelines vary by product and manufacturer. Please contact a product specialist for a delivery estimate on a custom order.

Free Standard Delivery On Most Items

We offer free standard shipping on most items. However, some exclusions apply based on brand or size of the item. These exclusions are listed below. For all other products, we cover the cost for you. This excludes shipping service upgrades like expedited and white glove premium inside delivery.

  • Freight Items - larger items including some desks, tables, and oversize seating require a non-refundable shipping fee of $149.

Product Assembly Requirements

  • Task Chair Assembly

    Many of our task chairs require light assembly. To determine if the chair you're interested in requires assembly, please visit the product page under Shipping & Assembly information. You can order most task chairs fully assembled for an additional fee of $49 to $99.

  • Other Product Assembly

    Some products require assembly. To determine if the product you’re interested in requires assembly, go to the Specifications tab located on the product page. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about fully assembled options.

We offer several ways to track your order:

  • Use the tracking code sent to you via email (please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to displayed).
  • Track your order anytime by logging into your account.

Signing for your order

Most of our products ship with an indirect signature required which means FedEx obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address at the time of delivery. A FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present can also be utilized.

  • You can make a request for a no signature delivery however that must be done before your order ships.

  • PayPal purchases generally require a direct signature.
