    Does it cost money to repair my chair?
    If your chair is under warranty and you are the original owner/s, there’s no cost to you. Office Designs takes care of everything! If your chair is not under warranty, we’ll give you a written diagnostic estimate of repair costs and freight.

    Where do I find the warranty label?
    The warranty label can be found underneath the seat. Send us this information and we will be happy to check your chair’s warranty for you.

    How do I ship my chair to Office Designs?
    Before you do anything, call 1.877.349.2424 or email us: warranty@officedesigns.com. Your chair will only be received and repaired after prior authorization, plus — we’ll help you ship your chair for free.

    Here’s how to ship your chair for free:
    Your easiest option, for FREE (or $49.95 if your chair is no longer under warranty), we will ship you a flat carton to your home or office with instructions to properly pack your chair. Contact us after your chair is ready to go, and we will email you a FedEx shipping label and the link to set up your pickup appointment.

    Another option is you ship the chair yourself: We will send you packing instructions; you will need a box that is 26" x 26" x 26" which is available at your local UPS store or FedEx Office.

    If you bought your chair from an authorized retailer and the chair is not performing properly, you can get it fixed for free as long as it is under the Herman Miller warranty. You paid for the warranty when you invested in the chair; now let that warranty work for you.
